If you are wanting to apply for a puppy, please fill out the application below to be considered. To expedite being placed on a waitlist quicker, please send in a deposit after application is filled out. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to be placed on the waiting list, the remaining amount is required at or prior to puppy pickup day.
